Hahaha, I do almost all of these (except I hate fighting so 👎🏼 on that one).

We always hear about sensory seeking behaviors in kids, but what about adults?!?! Just like sensory seeking behaviors in kids, all of these can be "personality" but when they are done in times of feeling restless, anxious, bored, or when it doesn't "make sense", it is probably sensory seeking!

Which of the list do you do?

I rearrange the furniture WAY too often (like 4 times a year or more. It's a problem). I always have a million projects going. I just bleached my hair from (natural) black because I felt like I was going to explode. AND I'm pretty "loud" with everything :D What about you? What would you add to this list?

I do not call the different varieties of lip balm I make “Flavors” because they are not. I do not use Flavor oils. Flavor oil is “are an aromatic addition to oil soluble products such as lip balms, lipsticks, and lip gloss." Despite their name, flavor oils do not offer any real flavor. They are actually highly concentrated food grade fragrance oils. The addition of a sweetener can greatly enhance the "flavor", though.

THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRAGRANCE OILS AND ESSENTIAL OILS IS THAT fragrance oils are manufactured in a lab and essential oils are composed of natural materials.

I use essential oils or infuse my oils with organic and wild-grown botanicals to create fragrance and “flavor” and because it comes from the plants natural botanicals, you also receive those added benefits!

Why am I so adamant about the terminology I use for my products? Because it matters.

I take great pride in my products and the ingredients that I use. It is important for me to create products that not only work, but are made with the purest ingredients from nature that I can find.
