Who else is loving summer salads made with whatever is ripe in their garden?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ 🤤

Cucumbers, tomatoes, and oregano, all picked today. I used a store bought leafy mix, matchstix carrots, Sweet Earth seitan, and Annie's Goddess dressing to finish it off. Vibing off summer like Olaf over here. 🥕 ⛄
