Everyday we think all the things we have to do for our jobs, business, family, partner, friends etc but what are you doing for you? Remember these things when making your daily checklist:
1. What am I putting into my body?/what am I eating and drinking? Does it help me/my emotional state or hurt me ? 2. How am I moving my body in some way?/how am I starting my day? How am I releasing energy? 3. What am I going to do that is just for me?/Am I replenishing, restoring, resetting or taking care of my self in some way? As always... Be well 💕💚.

Ever thought: Why am I not healed yet?! Healing is a process. Often people try to rush it because they want to be healed right now or think it shouldn't take long. But there are layers to healing. Mindset, thought process, energy, your environment, your circle and many other factors are all pieces to your healing puzzle. The things you are healing from took time; so to undo it also takes time. Be patient with yourself and the process; you won't regret it. Be kind to yourself and be well 💕💚.

If you find yourself feeling anxious and you feel disconnected from your body or just not feeling present; try this.
