Changing diet gets to feel easier…

When you start adding more into your diet, rather than think “I will starve, I have nothing to eat”

It honestly made suuuch a difference on my diet changing journey and that of my clients too.

Like helloooo - we all love a big beautiful smoothie bowl or a huge rainbow salad and knowing that we can eat as much as we need

So what could you or should you add?

As much juicy fruits for breakfast as you want: melons, oranges, grapes even cucumbers and celery if you want to get leaner 💃🏻

Enough bananas on different levels of ripeness - more energy 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Some acidic fruits: berries, pineapple

A variety of leafy greens, plenty of cucumbers, few courgettes, and delicious tomatoes

Lemons, lime

A few nuts and seeds : almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, chia seeds…

It’s very likely that you eat more of the foods that you have on hands and on abundance

PS: don’t buy the fruits that don’t ripe on the shelf just to last longer, you will lose on taste, hydration, digestion and nutrients

Your Inner Garden: A Seasonal Journey 🌱🌼🍂❄️

We, as women, embody cycles, a truth that often clashes with the linear demands of modern life. Yet, to find true balance, we must honor these internal rhythms. If you possess a womb, your body inherently operates outside the rigid, masculine, circadian framework.

Imagine your inner self as a flourishing garden, transcending linear limitations. Just as the seasons paint the world outside, they also reside within you.

Throughout your menstruating years, each month unfolds as a journey through four distinct phases, each mirroring a season:

🌱 Inner Spring (Follicular Phase): 6-10 days of burgeoning growth. Estrogen rises, energy blossoms, and you're primed for planning and new beginnings.

🌼 Inner Summer (Ovulatory Phase): 3-4 days of peak vibrancy. Estrogen reaches its zenith, amplifying sensuality, energy, and fertility. You feel radiant and open.

🍂 Inner Autumn (Luteal Phase): 10-14 days of inward reflection. Progesterone prepares your body, prompting you to slow down and turn inward as estrogen gently declines.

❄️ Inner Winter (Menstrual Phase): 3-7 days of release and renewal. Estrogen and progesterone drop, initiating a cleansing flow—an emotional, physical, and energetic release, a tangible record of your womb's journey through the previous cycle.

🌸☀️🍂❄️ Your menstrual cycle is your Inner Garden, and just like a real garden, a secret landscape that blooms and rests in rhythm with your own internal seasons, and it requires tending, understanding, and respect.

In your 'Inner Spring' (Follicular Phase), the seeds of new ideas and energy begin to sprout. 🌱

Then comes 'Inner Summer' (Ovulatory Phase), where your garden is in full bloom, and ☀️ the sun shines brightly.

As 'Inner Autumn' (Luteal Phase) arrives, the garden begins to prepare for rest. 🍂 It’s a time for harvesting what you’ve grown and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Finally, 'Inner Winter' (Menstruation), a time of deep rest and renewal. ❄️ The garden lies dormant, allowing the soil to replenish and prepare for the next cycle of growth.

This inner garden is your fifth vital sign. 🩺
How you tend to it
- the nutrients you provide (diet),
- the sunlight you allow (lifestyle),
- and the gentle care you offer (emotions)
all influence its health and vibrancy.

When stress, lack of sleep, or poor nourishment disrupt this delicate ecosystem, your garden sends signals and whispers that become louder until you listen.

🙏 While meditation, walking barefoot and spending time in nature, deep breathing, and prioritizing sleep are all great tools that can help you trigger a calming response for the moment 😮‍💨

But if you’ve tried that and it helped a little but didn’t change much in the long run, please know it’s not because you’re lazy or inconsistent, and your body is not broken 🤗

It’s because it’s not all YOUR body needs

Yep... newsflash, just because it works for her, doesn’t mean it will work for you

You’re an entirely different human being and each person has it’s own root causes

Think about it: your best friend might not like sweets but you love them. She’s relaxed but you have so many things to do, so why would you take someone else’s health advice?

🏃‍♀️Maybe your meditation is simply going for a walk or trail run to release stored stress hormones rather than chanting for half an hour.

😬 Maybe you need to address your constipation issues to make sure you eliminate excess estrogen.

If one more person tells you you ‘deserve to be happy’ you might die

But I see you.

You look at health trends and see through the noise
You know your body is asking for you to take control, and you know how to listen
You did your lessons and you know the way

So why aren’t you enjoying life at its fullest yet?

Foods used to stress my digestive system to the point of eating started freaking me out

I’d postpone eating because I feared the consequences, then being so hungry that I was binging on bread and crackers. After all, it was the only food that seemed to alleviate my acidity and discomfort.

I thought I just needed to eat less or eat just the foods that seemed to pass easily.
But the foods that don’t trigger pain or immediate discomfort are not necessarily the ones that help you heal.
In my case, bread seemed to be easy on my digestion but it was making it worse especially when I was combining it with cheese, eggs, meat, or beans.

So I stopped. Stopped forcing my digestive system to digest something that was harming it on the long run and break the endless cycle of bloating, acid reflux, gas, constipation, low energy, and weight gain.

Stopped treating food like and enemy and started embracing the healing powers of my own body when proper food was given

Now? Choosing the right foods for good digestion feels easy - because I do it in a way that works for me (and the human body in general).

I thought I was eating healthy - I was eating what everyone think is healthy
I did every trick out there so I could feel a little bit of relief
Ate good quality yogurt, add fibre supplements, take probiotics, eat my veggies, drink water
But my constipation was worsening and every thing that used to work, stoped working in some point

I was not able to think properly, my weight was increasing, daily headaches and acne
the sensation of the waste building up 🤢

So what changed?
14 years later I feel younger, healthier, my body feels clean, light and energetic
and had no yogurt, or probiotics in years
or worry about my stools not even when I’m traveling

Because now I do exactly what my body needs to properly clean and eliminate waste
Eat hydrating packed with fiber foods at every single meal

Washing, scrubbing and nourishing for creating the good environment for my gut bacterias to thrive

Nearly all my clients have been eating yogurt, add fibres and take probiotics.
