Changing diet gets to feel easier…
When you start adding more into your diet, rather than think “I will starve, I have nothing to eat”
It honestly made suuuch a difference on my diet changing journey and that of my clients too.
Like helloooo - we all love a big beautiful smoothie bowl or a huge rainbow salad and knowing that we can eat as much as we need
So what could you or should you add?
As much juicy fruits for breakfast as you want: melons, oranges, grapes even cucumbers and celery if you want to get leaner 💃🏻
Enough bananas on different levels of ripeness - more energy 🏃🏻♀️➡️
Some acidic fruits: berries, pineapple
A variety of leafy greens, plenty of cucumbers, few courgettes, and delicious tomatoes
Lemons, lime
A few nuts and seeds : almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, chia seeds…
It’s very likely that you eat more of the foods that you have on hands and on abundance
PS: don’t buy the fruits that don’t ripe on the shelf just to last longer, you will lose on taste, hydration, digestion and nutrients
