Highly processed items such as sugary snacks, sodas, and fast food are largely excluded, not by a single sweeping ban, but through national nutrition standards and local school policies.

Eating “healthy” can feel weirdly complicated today—one expert says avoid carbs, another says avoid fat, and suddenly you’re standing in the grocery aisle reading labels like it’s a final exam.

Here’s the truth: healthy eating doesn’t have to be extreme. The best results usually come from simple, consistent upgrades—foods that stabilize energy, support digestion, reduce cravings, and actually taste good.

If you’re not sure where to start, focus on this:
🥗 Whole, colorful plants (leafy greens, berries, cruciferous veggies)
🥑 Healthy fats (avocados, olives, nuts, seeds)
