Cambridge Health Alliance now has two walk-in locations for mental health or substance use help. Walk-in hours at the Cambridge Hospital Community Behavioral Health Center are M-F 8-8, Sat. and Sun. 9-5 (closed on holidays).

We're pleased to introduce one of tonight's (11/30) panelists! Ellen Kolton is a 5-year facilitator of "Family and Friends" meetings through SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training), a secular alternative to AA and Al-Anon. She is also the mother of a 28-year-old CRLS graduate who has been in recovery and free of substances for 6 1/2 years.
