Forget Me Not We create bereavement boxes for pregnancy loss.
Our mission is to bridge the relationship between healthcare providers and their patients.

Our bereavement system comes with staff training and support for your patients experiencing pregnancy loss. Did you know that 1 in 6 pregnancies will result in pregnancy loss? We created Forget Me Not because we saw a major need in the healthcare industry to provide more support to the healthcare staff who work tirelessly for grieving mothers. What's unique about our bereavement box is we also inc

lude training for every staff member who works with a grieving patient. A nurse for example can scan the QR code on each box for a 5m video training on best practices. Our proven strategy sets the staff and their patients up for success in these difficult situations. This leads to more returning patients, fewer lawsuits from angry patients, and creates consistency so every patient is getting the same support they need and deserve. Our product is already in multiple hospitals and has seen huge success.
