Reiki is a healing energy, by laying my hands on or off your body (personal preference) the healing energy will transfer from me and will target the energy fields around your body. (remotely)

Reiki is great for relieving anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain and much more. Session times can vary from 30 mins, 45 mins and 90 mins, please call to make an appointment. A quite setting, relaxing music, calming atmosphere, the process explained according to your specific needs, if you choose hands on it will be using a non-invasive touch. These are some of the sensations you may feel,
feeling refreshed, clearer thoughts, heat, tingling, waves of pulsations, emotional, immediate release of stress, deep relaxation.
