Thinking about all things Post Partum today. Did you know that 80% of mothers experience the Baby Blues? Do you know the difference between the baby blues and Post Partum Depression? They are similar but the baby blues should only last for a few weeks. Longer than that and it is best to be checked for PPD which can occur anytime in the 12 months after giving birth. Please don't wait. Ask for help! There is no shame in getting help and admitting you are struggling. Don't suffer in silence.
