What is the best time to try to conceive during the menstrual cycle?

The optimal time to conceive is during a woman's "fertile window,"

This are the four to five days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself.

For women with a typical 28-day cycle, ovulation usually occurs around day 14, making the best days for conception between days 11 and 14.

However, this can vary based on the length of the menstrual cycle.

For instance, a woman with a 24-day cycle may ovulate around day 10, while someone with a 35-day cycle may ovulate around day 21.

Tracking changes in cervical mucus, which becomes clear and slippery around ovulation, can also help identify the right time for in*******se.

About giving birth to a Boy

General there is approximately a 50/50 chance of having a boy or girl if things are left to nature.

It all comes down to which s***m wins the race, and millions of them are racing.

There's a research from 1979, where the baby's s*x was studied in 3658 births to Jewish women who observed the orthodox ritual of s*xual separation each month and who resumed in*******se within two days of ovulation.

The proportion of male babies was significantly higher in the offspring of women who resumed in*******se two days after ovulation.

This proportion tended to be lower on or near the day of ovulation than on the previous one or two days.

A word of caution though.

Delayed fertilization may not always work.

As to whether there’s a guaranteed way to influence your chances have a boy — no, there isn’t.

This is only for informational purposes.

Have a great day🙂

How to keep your baby safe from life threatening situations.

I want to share an experience with you that touched me deeply...

So please, pay careful attention.

Do you ever worry about your baby's safety?

A few years ago while I was still in medical school, I had an experience that touched me deeply and the memory still haunts me tilll date.

It was just a regular evening.

I had just returned from the clinic, tired and hungry, so I had a shower and decided to rest for a while.

But then, I decided to catch up on Facebook.

I stumbled on a post that had a lot of comments and I was curious.

The post was made by a young mom whose baby was having a convulsion.

Comments were pouring in and I wondered what made the post so hot. I jumped into the comment section and began to explore.

My jaw dropped when I saw the recommendations being offered to this mother on what to do about her convulsing baby.

From simple suggestions to outrightly dangerous suggestions, I saw everything in between.

I began to fear for the woman knowing how confused she would be by the overwhelmingly numerous and dangerous suggestions being thrown at her.

From pouring oil into his nose to putting him near fire, there was nothing i didn't see.

As I read on, I was becoming angry....😡

Why on earth was there so much lack of knowledge on what to do???

Then it happened...

I fell on the comment that made my heart sink.

😱😱😱😱😱😱
...It was by the mother of the baby.

She had lost the child!😥

I don't know what must have happened, but.... I just couldn't get myself to believe it.

I lost all appetite. 😓

I thought I was tired but I was completely drained of energy. I couldn't believe that she had lost her precious little one. It pained me so deeply.

That pain has remained with me since then. I don't like to remember it often, but that's what got me started on the path I'm on today.

If only she had know what to do, maybe her baby would still be here today and all the gift and potential he brought to the world would be intact.

It was a deeply painful moment for me, but it spurred me to help educate parents on how best to take care of their babies.

Parents can give their children the perfect gift of tomorrow by protecting them from dangers that surround us everyday.

And the first step to do this is by self-education.

🔍 Do you know that every hour, a child is lost to an injury.

🔍 Do you know how to prevent that?

🔍 Do you know the hidden dangers your children face everyday and what have you done to prevent them?

If you don't know what to do, its not your fault. There was no class in school to teach us how to be great parents.

However, it's still your duty to protect your children and give them the best in life.

I have written a guide to help you uncover the hidden dangers that may be threatening your baby.

In the guide you'll discover...

✅ Things you should do and not do to keep your home safe

✅ Baby sleep safety and how to prevent baby sleep death

You'll learn all of these with just #5,000

I'm sure you're fast thinking and you would have figured out that that price is nothing compared to your precious little one's life.

But I want to establish something... I know it's worth far more than the price but I want you to pay only #1,500 today.

Yes, you read it right, #1,500.

3 Things you must never do to your baby

1. Never shake your baby, it can cause damage to the brain.

When an infant is shaken hard by the shoulders, arms, or legs, even for as little as five seconds, it can cause permanent brain damage.

Babies have soft brains and when shaken, the brain bounces and hits the skull which causes bruising of the brain.

This is often considered a form of child abuse called "Shaken Baby Syndrome" which which can result in learning disabilities, behavior disorders, vision problems or blindness, hearing and speech issues, seizures, cerebral palsy and permanent disability.

So you have to be careful when handling your baby. Generally, tossing a baby in the air, jogging with your baby, or driving over bumps in your car may be safe, but you want to be careful.

2. Don't keep any small sharp pointed articles near your baby.

This is very dangerous for obvious reasons. A Baby could swallow a small article like pins, buttons, seeds, batteries with devastating effects. Worse still, they may aspirate the object (ie. it enters into their airway) causing breathing obstruction.

In serious cases, a surgery might have to be undertaken.

3. Avoid entry of water in to the ear while giving a bath.

This can be uncomfortable for your baby. The best way to avoid this is by using vaseline-coated cotton balls to keep water out of your baby's ears.

If your child gets water in the ears, turn his or her head to each side and pull the earlobe in different directions.
It should get the water out.

Hope you find these tips helpful...

Wish you the very best.
