If I were to pick one thing which I've found hardest to master, handstands would win hands down 😄
It requires not only strength and flexibility but a good dose of mind control to get those hips up into the air. Once there, controlling everything with the orientation switched, maintaining balance with the palms and fingers instead of the feet is a whole different story. It's a journey of its own, and if you're up for a challenge I would highly recommend it.

Yoga stimulates mind, body and spirit. On the one hand it builds strength, focus, flexibility and coordination. On the other hand, it is a calming practice, allows you to connect with your inner self and build self confidence and equanimity.
Eka Pada Galavasana strengthens the arms, wrists, shoulders and core, and opens the hips. On a subtler dimension, it stimulates the ajna chakra, balancing which is said to foster intuition, creativity and imagination.
