A recent study showed that the smell of lemon helps people feel thinner. What do you think?

When I compose my dinners, I always include at least one of each food group:
🥜 A base protein (edamame in this bowl)
🍚 A base carb (couscous)
🌿 Greens (steamed spinach)
🍅 Veggies (tomato, cucumber)
🍯 Wholesome fats (roasted pistachios, tahini dressing)
~
and then I add lots of spices 🌶 (I LOVE spicy food), a sour component 🍋 (lemon or vinegar) as well as a sweet component 🍇 - raisins or pomegranate seeds would work super well in this bowl!
~
Following this rule of thumb, you don’t need to look up any recipes because you can mix & match as you wish! Wholesome nutrition made simple for a single household. 😊
