It was a day… and my anxiety was HIGH — like so many of us feel sometimes, and that’s valid. 🩷

But I had to give it to God and my baby Jesus 🙃

Before a nerve-wracking meeting, I did what I know best… turned on Confidence, sang, prayed, danced, and had a real conversation with my best friend upstairs. And just like He always does… He showed up and gave me exactly what I needed.

Afterward, I grabbed my other bestie Nikki 🐾🦮 for a much-needed evening walk — because after all the work she’s been doing, she deserved it too.

I’m still in the middle of it all… but now I move forward with peace, knowing I’m not doing this alone. 🩷🩷🩷

I had my habits stacked SO tight… I didn’t even realize I’ve been coloring in AUGUST instead of APRIL on my workout calendar 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

Like… muscle memory just took over and said “we don’t even need to think anymore.”

And honestly? That’s how you KNOW it’s working.

Water 💧
Protein 🍗
Workouts 💪🏽
Journaling 📝
All the little things… adding up, stacking up, becoming automatic.

If it hasn’t “clicked” for you yet — don’t quit.
Give it time.

Sarah faced her fears and stepped into her FIRST solo… and WOW 🥹✨

She was nervous—but she absolutely knocked it out of the park 🎤🔥

She scored Superior along with many others from Evangel Students and got invited to Nationals this July!!🙌🏆

What makes this even more special…
This was the first time so many of her fellow Evangel students and leaders heard her sing…AND the first time Juan and I heard her sing this song too 😭

Completely blown away.
So proud doesn’t even cover it 🩷🩷🩷
