I believe movement is one of the most powerful ways to heal and build your body. ✨

So many of us don’t realize how much stress, tension, and even trauma we hold in our bodies — and how movement can help release it.

After my first baby, I experienced firsthand how movement became a key part of my healing. 💛 Now, I see the same transformation in my clients every single day.

This isn’t about the number on the scale or fitting into a certain size. It’s deeper. It’s about:
💫 Letting go of mom guilt
💫 Gaining the confidence to chase that promotion
💫 Starting that business or going back to school
💫 Simply feeling like YOU again

I’m so passionate about what I do because exercise isn’t just about the workout — it’s about the life-changing freedom and confidence it gives you.

Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and even just carrying your baby all day might seem harmless… but over time, these repetitive movements can leave moms with neck, shoulder, and back aches.

That’s why I make corrective exercises a big part of my training with moms and moms-to-be. 💪 Because motherhood is full of functional movements:

✨ Lifting a baby, stroller, or car seat
✨ Picking up toys for the 100th time
✨ Feeding without hunching
✨ Gazing at your adorable little one for hours

Here’s the truth—an hour in the gym won’t undo 15+ hours of poor posture in your daily routine. My goal is to help you take that good form and muscle awareness from our sessions and weave it into every part of your day—until it becomes a lifestyle.

I am a huge proponent of starting everything off on a solid foundation. When I work with clients, I always like to start us off on a strong foundation. I think of the body like a house, before you build a house, you want to build a strong foundation first. Why? So that the house does not crumble the moment it gets hit by strong winds.

You can actually have a very pretty looking house with a weak foundation, and when some strong winds give that house a shake, it is easy for that house to crumble because it was not set on a good foundation. This is the same concept with the body. If you don't focus on building a strong foundation first in your workouts, chances of injuries and chronic pain may persist.

Many people actually stop exercising due to some sort of injury that seem to get worse over time that probably was not addressed or a temporary "Band-Aid" was put on the issue that did not help with the foundation.

When you are starting off on a strong foundation or you allow yourself the time to work on your foundation first, it makes it easier to build on other things. A solid foundation is the way to prepare yourself to handle the "strong winds" of life. How about you?
