I’ve been practicing acupuncture and Reiki since 2017. I’m all up in everyone’s energy on the daily. So I had to learn real quick how to protect myself energetically. 😬

These are some tips I use whether in public, at work, or just around people in general to keep myself from being an energetic sponge because ya girl is a Cancer ♋️ and feels allllll the things alllll the time. 🫠
