A few - beginner/intermediate friendly - killer - drills for core compression worth trying 😬

1- Alternate legs
2- Single compression hold
3- Compression hold to L-sit and back
4- L-sit to plank (walk through)
5- L-sit hold (alternate cross legs) consecutive hold

Last one is a killer!

Give it a try and let me know which one is your least favourite 🤣

Don’t forget to breath and dance in between sets, it actually helps 💃🥲

You’ll get an iron core as well as strong shoulders and hip flexors 🦾

This is great exercise if you are learning to jump back and jump through in your ashtanga series!
