Group class on Wednesday evenings as follows:
7-8.30pm St Michaels school - £90.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £11.00 per drop in. Zoom class on Monday evenings as follows: 6.30 to 7.30 - £50.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £6.00 per drop in. Chair yoga class on Sunday mornings as follows: 10-11am - £25.00 for 5 sessions or £6.00 per drop in.

Do you know that chair yoga isn’t just for those with limited mobility ? - it is an adaptive yoga practice for everyone - incorporating seated and standing poses using the chair as a prop.
So whether you are looking for a gentle seated yoga stretch and de-stress, or a more challenging session exploring more advanced poses with the aid of the chair, I offer 1-2-1 sessions tailored to you.
I also currently have an online group class Sunday morning, and group chair yoga class at Eve Studios in the Royal Square Thursday afternoons. I would love to welcome you ! Please message me with any questions. First class is free 💝

Another year flies by !

Wishing you and your families a wonderful Christmastime, and love, health and happiness for 2026 💝

Here is the schedule for over the Christmas break, and I will again be incorporating poses and breathing techniques to help aid digestion, reduce toxins in the body, and have a lovely stretch to help combat the sluggishness of any over-indulgence ☺️.

Tonight ! - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - Inner warmth - we will be practicing poses that help to ignite our inner fire, boosting our circulation, our digestion, and building resilience during the busy Christmas period !

Wednesday 17th Dec - 6.45-8pm - last class this year at St Michael’s. Also focusing on poses that bring inner warmth and light ✨

Sunday 21st Dec -10-11am - Chair yoga for all -online - yoga stretches both in a chair and using the chair as a prop. If you have never tried chair yoga, why not give it a go ! First class is free 🥰

Monday 22nd Dec - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - we will celebrate the winter solstice with yoga poses for grounding and reflection

Sunday 28th Dec - 10-11am - Chair yoga for all online - new year new beginnings !

Monday 29th Dec - 6.30-.7.30pm - Yoga online - We will be aligning our main 7 chakras - help you set and empower your intentions - and start the year on the right foot !

Sunday 4th Jan - 10-11am - Chair yoga for all online - also focusing on seated poses to help align our chakras

Monday 5th Jan - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - New year, new start ! Heart opening poses to help let go of what no longer serves us, and opening up to what lies ahead of us.

Wednesday 7th January - 6.45-8pm - back at St Michael’s School for the new year.

Do you suffer from tightness in the shoulders, maybe neck and shoulder pain ? Do you at times feel like your shoulders are up around your ears ?
We can hold a lot of emotional stress in our shoulders. Yoga poses focusing on shoulder openers helps to release that muscle tension and stress, it enhances posture, improves range of motion, and supports deeper breathing and boosts energy.
