First taster class is free ! �

Group class on Wednesday evenings as follows:
7-8.30pm St Michaels school - £90.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £11.00 per drop in. Zoom class on Monday evenings as follows: 6.30 to 7.30 - £50.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £6.00 per drop in. Chair yoga class on Sunday mornings as follows: 10-11am - £25.00 for 5 sessions or £6.00 per drop in.

So let’s practice variations of this Dancer pose (Natarajasana) together and in doing so find your balance whether it be using the wall or a belt as a prop 🌸

These are 40 minute classes in the centre of town, so you can fit them nicely into your day and feel the benefits of taking this time for you.

Come join me this Thursday at the new Eve studios in the Royal square !
1.10-1.50pm gentle yoga
2.30-3.15pm chair yoga

Would you like to try yoga but you are a bit unsure and would like a gentle introduction ?
Maybe you are a seasoned yogi and would like to perfect your poses with the aid of a chair..
Or it could be that for whatever reason you find it challenging getting up and down from your mat, but would still like to practice yoga and be able to get the same benefits ?
Then why not try chair yoga?

Chair yoga allows yoga to be accessible for everyone. It can be as gentle or as challenging as you would like, using chair as a support, or as a prop to aid in your poses.

Tree Pose - Sanskrit name Vrikshasana - strengthens the core, legs, ankles and feet.
It lengthens the spine, opens hips.
It helps with feeling more grounded and centered and teaches us patience and perseverance ! ☺️

Each day our balance will be different, depending on various factors, not only physical but your mental and emotional state impacts your ability to balance. I know when I feel stressed or have a bad nights sleep I struggle with balance poses 🙈

So this week we will firstly practice modifications of tree pose, focusing initially on grounding and stabilizing, and slowly work towards different variations.
I look forward to seeing you on your mat !
