Another year flies by !
Wishing you and your families a wonderful Christmastime, and love, health and happiness for 2026 💝
Here is the schedule for over the Christmas break, and I will again be incorporating poses and breathing techniques to help aid digestion, reduce toxins in the body, and have a lovely stretch to help combat the sluggishness of any over-indulgence ☺️.
Tonight ! - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - Inner warmth - we will be practicing poses that help to ignite our inner fire, boosting our circulation, our digestion, and building resilience during the busy Christmas period !
Wednesday 17th Dec - 6.45-8pm - last class this year at St Michael’s. Also focusing on poses that bring inner warmth and light ✨
Sunday 21st Dec -10-11am - Chair yoga for all -online - yoga stretches both in a chair and using the chair as a prop. If you have never tried chair yoga, why not give it a go ! First class is free 🥰
Monday 22nd Dec - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - we will celebrate the winter solstice with yoga poses for grounding and reflection
Sunday 28th Dec - 10-11am - Chair yoga for all online - new year new beginnings !
Monday 29th Dec - 6.30-.7.30pm - Yoga online - We will be aligning our main 7 chakras - help you set and empower your intentions - and start the year on the right foot !
Sunday 4th Jan - 10-11am - Chair yoga for all online - also focusing on seated poses to help align our chakras
Monday 5th Jan - 6.30-7.30pm - Yoga online - New year, new start ! Heart opening poses to help let go of what no longer serves us, and opening up to what lies ahead of us.
Wednesday 7th January - 6.45-8pm - back at St Michael’s School for the new year.
