Hi everyone!

I’m sure most of you already know by now. But there’s a pretty big change happening here…

I have just taken on a full time job (that I’ve wanted for a really long time) and I have had to make the heart breaking decision to bring classes to an end (for now)

This WONT be forever. And there will still be occasional workshops for us to catch up and get our yoga fix together.

So do please keep an eye on socials.

I’ve had the most amazing time since starting Rise in 2020. I’ve made friends for life AND got to be part of lots of you finding your way to yoga.

I honestly can’t find words to describe how grateful I am for the whole experience. It’s been bloody joyous.

Now…. Practical stuff. Lots of you have classes left to use. So I’m holding out as long as I can to bring them to a close. But that means you gotta use them in that time!

Final dates for classes are as follows;

Okehampton Pavillion - 5th Sept

North Tawton RFC - 5th Sept

Oke Ockment Center - 6th Sept

Hatherleigh Community Center - 19th October

So much love to you all. And PLEASE do all come and make the most of these last few weeks that we have!

IMPORTANT CHANGES FROM NEXT WEEK.

This has not been an easy decision. But from next week classes will be going up by £1.

I have also rejigged the class pass options.

This is all in the hope that I can continue to provide classes long into the future! It’s really not been an easy decision and I hope you all understand 💕

However the ‘unlimited’ option gives you the opportunity to control how much you pay per class. The more classes you come to, the cheaper it works out!

Classes are taking a slower turn this week as we look after ourselves in the heat. So it’s a chance to focus on breath and alignment.
