During skin consultations I see A LOT of ingredients stashed away in skincare cabinet’s & draws (who doesn’t love a good products cabinet!) The main problem I see is the mixing of lots of different products & chemicals.
Avoid mixing too much, especially if it’s not working for you.
If you’re struggling with your skin:
Stop & go back to basics
Cleanse
Moisturise
SPF

Busy couple of days in Pre-op Assessment
Preparing patients for their surgery and carrying out pre-op tests such as blood tests, ECG’s & measuring for garments.
Answering all surgery questions & preparing patients ready for their admission.

Doing what I love, I still work a couple of days a week nursing keeping my knowledge & skills up to date.

Think of skin care as brushing your teeth twice a day! You wouldn’t go to the dentist every six months & have amazing teeth without brushing twice a day. Our skin care regime is the same!
Think of your skin procedures (chemical peels, microneedling, mesotherapy, anti wrinkle injections etc) as your six monthly visit to the dentist but without our twice daily skin care regime we cannot achieve our desired results!
