As we “fall,” we come to know ourselves more deeply, and we are also given an opportunity to meet our own needs. Opportunities to self-heal, to transmute, to respond from a higher level of consciousness. The process of working out exactly how to do this, the process of uncovering the self-healing breadcrumbs that happen to work for us for this particular “fall,” is all part of the Grand Design to support us in our becoming. In order to embody the highest expression of our selves and our souls, we need to unravel. With each unraveling, we can be more deeply revealed. Each unraveling shedding more layers of conditioning and noise, to become more humble, more true. There are phases in the process of becoming that feel like the unknown. No longer who we were, not yet who we are meant to be, we must trust the process. We fall, so that we can become.

When we are hyper focused on our direction and see the attainment of goals through the paradigm of a constant state of productivity…we miss the points of inspiration and insight that can only come through when we are resting, directionless, formless and empty. This prayer teaches us the power of speech. With speech alone the Creator Created the whole world!! How did he do this? By saying and doing. The Creator does what He says He will do.
 
We can do our best to emulate the Creator. We can give our words more power by actually doing the things we say we are going to do. I had a spiritual teacher teach…with a committed practice of doing what we say, the Universe learns that our words speak truth, that our words hold Creative power- and the more the Universe resonates with this fact, the more speedily the Universe responds to our words. The more we do what we say, we might get to a point that we do not have to “do” as much. At the highest level of this practice, we just “say” and the thing we say happens without much (or any) effort.
 
 When we make commitments and then cancel, when we lie, when we say we want something but then speak from the vibration of insecurity that doesn’t believe we can have that thing…we reduce the Creative power that our words can have.
 
We can, with sincere inner work and conscious intention, evolve ourselves to become more like the Creator. We can get clear on our soul-aligned intentions, speak words from that place, and do what we say. From here, we may find, we have the power to Create worlds. If this starts happening for you, be warned, the more power we have the more humble we need to remain- otherwise the Universe will be sure to knock us across the face with a reminder of how we aren’t really the ones in charge. Another protective measure…we can make sure our intentions and speech are pure and coming from a good place, aligned with our Highest Self, our Highest Soul, and if we’re into the Kabbalistic/ Jewish perspective…with the highest purest light of Hashem.
 
This is not an invitation for spiritual bypassing. Speaking authentically is also a part of the practice of aligning our words with truth…and authenticity isn’t just love and light.

We do the inner work. We practice speaking from authenticity, humility, and alignment with our Highest Selves and Highest Souls, and we do the things we say.

There’s a difference between relating to someone from a place of need and relating to someone from a place of wholeness. When we don’t “need” the other to do for us, then we can actually seem them clearly as the whole and sovereign person that they are.

Wild & Authentic Therapy

Without having met you, I know that you have experienced hardship. Welcome to the human condition, my friend. If you are in a challenging place right now know that first and foremost, you are not alone and nothing is wrong with you. You are struggling by nature of being human. Second, consider this…if everything was always easy, we would always stay the same. Hardship, yes even the worst kind, can lead to cocooning.

Hi, I’m Liat and I’ll be your guide. I am here to es**rt you through your struggle/ suffering/ stuckness so that, ultimately, you can uncover internal resources and a more radiant version of yourself. While my approach is rooted in traditional talk psychotherapies, I can draw from an eclectic array of alternative modalities to accommodate for the areas where traditional therapy might fall short for you. This is a turbulent and great adventure to become fully authentic, fully alive. It’s not easy, it can be fun, and, yes, it’s important.
