Zero resistance is not just a way to practice physical yoga, but should be the approach towards everything in life! Especially for our day2day routines or relationships or bigger changes in life around us. Stop being schedule freak, & get upset if things do not happen at the right time & as planned. This doesn't help one’s emotional health.

Rather than resisting the change & getting stuck on previous comfortable or likable situation, move on, make the current situation bearable, beneficial.

That is exactly what Pine tree teaches us!! No resistance to harsh winters but adaptability - overcome obstacles head-on & come out a successful survivor!

As per our Indian sciences, our environment is made up of 5 principle elements- Panchabhootas. Prithvi (Earth), Jal/Neeru (Water), Agni (Fire), Vaayu (Air), Aakash (Space). Similarly, our body is made up of these 5 principle elements. What is present in the Macrocosm is present in the Microcosm. Our aim is to align ourselves with the Universe.

Yoga is the journey from Sthula to Sukshma! Journey from Gross element to Subtle element.
