Yesterday was my year anniversary for top surgery! On Friday, I finally paid it off! I remember being so worried about how I would feel about this decision. I second guessed myself till the moment I was put under, doubting whether I really deserved to get gender affirming care. It has been one of the best thing I have ever done for myself!
With top surgery came a huge transition in how I was treated by society. It’s not all roses. While my sense of self grows stronger, my safety in public and in the medical field wanes. Public bathrooms terrify me I won’t lie. But through it all I am so thankful to wrap my arms around this body!!!!!
I got this amazing tat by on my chest as a reminder to myself and in connection with my relationships in my family and the work I do. It reads “I love you in a bad mood, I love you in a good mood, I love you”.
Please aide Gab with his journey to accessing gender affirming care and therapy by sending f*nds!! GENDER AFFIRMING CARE IS LIFE SAVING!! We have to take care of each other!
Please comment!! Literally anything and share!

✨Proud F@t little B!tch🍃
Lately I’ve been having to remind clients daily that gaining weight is a part of recovery and healing. It’s something that honestly I need to be reminded of too.So often we see gaining weight only in negative or neutral lights but what if we saw it positively?
I’ve been working a lot lately with trans folks who have experienced homelessness and have chosen to go through drug and alcohol recovery. I have really vulnerable conversations with folks about the harm in comparing weight/body size to that of when they were really struggling to get any basic needs met. We need to start having more conversations about how anti-fatness can be one of the fuels for drug and alcohol dependence.
Weight gain can truly be a sign of healing!
The most frustrating part is that no matter how often I have these conversations, doctors always find away to spread misinformation and say that weight gain of any kind is inherently bad. Even to folks who are just starting to eat 3 meals a day for the first time in sometimes decades.
Conversations about f@t liberation need to go beyond self love and confidence. F@t liberation is about breaking down the systematic control and oppression of f@t bodies and therefore all bodies. It’s about interrupting the spread violent misinformation and propaganda.
Anyways, here I am cute and f@t with my fav from

Inspired by all the men who insist on showing their abs. We don’t want to see that. Put it away!! Round soft bellies ONLY!
Since medically transitioning more people question and police my masculinity. I’ve experienced this the most from trans men. My masculinity is baby pink, fuzzy, and soft and I will never apologize for that. I will not change every mannerism about myself to fit anyones rigid definitions of gender or expression. Trans people do NOT need to earn being gendered correctly.
Feel share in the comments similar feelings or experiences!

What would our world be if we could eat any food we want and have all the kinky s3x and fantasies without being shamed? A whole different fu***ng world.
So much of what we are taught about pleasure is saturated in toxic concepts rooted in christianity. Christianity has been used to teach us that anything that brings pleasure is harmful. Well that is far from the truth. Pleasure is used biologically to keep humans engaged in things that keep us alive. It may be surprising to learn that the seven “deadly” sins are not actually deadly. You will never overdose on pleasure, whether it be from food, s3x, sugar, or p**n. SWers and delivery food drivers have been keeping the world running through this pandem.
Addiction is much more more complex than wanting something because it makes you feel good like craving a milkshake. If something is disruptive to your life and you need support than by all means find what works best for you. Something being harmful to you does not make it inherently harmful to others. Reminder: Abstinence is NOT the answer to everyone’s healing.
Comment things that are sugary and s*xy!
I’ll start, Nerds Rope. That crunchy and sticky texture gets me going.
As always you will be blocked if there is any anti-f@tness in the comments. No being fat doesn’t kill anyone, medical f@tphobia and lack of access does.
If you are wondering, why does Nat censor certain words? Know that it’s not by choice but by need.
