I have been savoring my last few drops of Roman Chamomile and Blue Tansy for quite some time, and I'm just about out of Lavender too-so I'm so excited to see this trio. Does anyone (try to) sleep with a snorer? This winter air has been especially dry and it's been rough! I didn't have a diffuser that would last all night, so when I saw this new kit, I had to try it. I use both of these oils regularly so this was a great deal. Let me tell you...4 days in and the combo of Black Spruce (my current favorite sleepy time oil) and Breathe in the Dawn diffuser at night has been a game changer. Now we can both sleep comfortably through the night. 😴

Sometimes practicing Mindfulness looks like quiet meditation. Other times it looks like making homemade pasta. It may look different each time you practice-and it'll definitely look different from person to person. What's important is that you pay attention to what you are doing right in this moment. I love practicing mindfulness when working with dough. I get caught up in the textures. I love that moment when the consistency goes from "Am I doing this right?" to "Ahhhh, now you've come together." I love how it stretches, expands, and how it's forgiving.

Mindful moments, horse edition. This sweet girl lives at the barn where my daughters take lessons. Usually she is not so sweet. Her ears are pinned back while she swings her neck nipping at anyone or anything that passes. I can sense that she’s a sweet girl who just wants to feel safe and loved (my gut tells me her past is not pretty). Yesterday we connected. As she leaned against me, relaxed and content, I could feel my heart fill. We stood there for quite some time, quiet and calm. In those moments there was nothing else, and it was perfect.

Coming soon! I love that doTERRA continues to research and test their products to make tweaks and adjustments as necessary. Although I can't complain about the existing formula (it's never let me down) I can't wait to try this new formula with the addition of cardamom (one of my favorite scents!).

I love when our house is awake and full of the sounds of our family. But I NEED this time. Don't forget this beautiful scarf and essential oil blend are available for purchase on November 16th (I have a feeling they won't last longer than a day or 2). Personally, I am not usually a scarf person-although this one is sooo pretty I may reconsider. So, the first round of holiday items have been released. Did anyone do a little shopping for yourself?? I am loving the Hot Cocoa and have been diffusing both Holiday Peace and Joy all the time.
