The big let go

It’s beautiful to put yourself aside in the name of love. But there are times when the most loving thing to do is choose yourself. Let go and let yourself be loved by the same medicine you pour into others. When you keep breaking your own heart it’s because you don’t really trust that you are worthy. You don’t really have faith that God loves you and will show up for you. You are afraid to give up control because you don’t want to experience the pain of disappoint and the feelings of abandonment that come with that. But if you decide to walk away from your pain…which I KNOW is hard because you WANT to believe in potential and you want to PROVE the love and loyalty that you yourself actually want… you’re going to let that Love finally walk in.

Let go and let God be God.

You are loved.

Skin deep love

has you rotting to the bone
before you know it you are a co**se in a land of yellow dancing lilies
laughing at your foolishness.

Soul deep love climbs mountains
and soars into the lightning crossed sky
in promises of sunshine

No ones tells the tale of what happens when you become the love you seek
you can no longer find love like the love you carry within you
you are the source, the light, you are the paradoxical void and and the substance
you are alone in your completeness
wholeness
What happens when the journey of seeking ends
but more paths to take
more love to pour into a worldly bottomless cup
no end, only continuing
to love better
the void is not hollow but a pull
into a better tomorrow
the void is how we fill
a very deep well
how we heal
with love and love and love….

We must honor our minds and bodies as sacred, as vessels of love…

We have been created as souls with gifts and receptors for love and connection. Conscious intention. Universal intelligence. A Spiritual Collective.

When we begin to regard our own Self as holy and sacred, Others as holy and sacred, our Earth as holy and sacred, and all Life….as holy and sacred….separation, fear, and illness dissolve.

Unity is the medicine. It is the gateway to heaven. A humble knowing, honor, and gratitude for the breath of life we have been given. It is a lesson.

May we all seek to evolve to the Highest Dimension

The more you are able to break down the barriers of resistance in your life.

Resistance to your truth.

Fear dissolves. Worries fade. A gentle and divine guidance flows IN and OUT….

Of YOU.

Never forget your power.
Never forget you are worthy of love.

You are precious and sacred life. You are the medicine.

The world will tell you not to think for yourself, not to trust your own intuition, and to not believe in your dreams.

All of that is a lie.

You are beyond and out of this world.

You are a conscious, spiritual being in a human body.

Your life is sacred. Your ideas and dreams matter. You are capable of living beyond the low and dense vibrations of fear. Do it all afraid. Live through and inspired by love and faith. Choose your own reality. Make your life your own. Honor your creative vessel.

Flow with life as the co-creator of your own destiny. The universe is always guiding you to more love. You just have to trust and keep going. Keep swimming out to the sea of your wildest dreams. When you look back, you’ll be so glad you did.

I always dreamed of a cozy mountain home life, and I finally made it my reality.

Officially becoming a North Carolina resident and my career is a dream.

My life is entirely my own.

I am at peace and healthy… I couldn’t ask for much more in my life…

However, it can be lonely and a deep struggle starting a whole new life on your own…but honoring the call of Spirit really is the only way!

I’m not going to lie. There have been pretty miserable, dark, and hopeless moments on the way here…. But I kept picking myself up over and over again. I kept believing in myself. I started to pray… I have manifested my entire present reality entirely on faith and conscious intention.

Truly, following the call of my spirit has been the only way to go.

Thanks be that I did follow the call, as I am so blessed beyond my own imagination.

I have the greatest soul family and friends, and I’m letting true love find me right where I’m supposed to be.

No more running and hiding from my True Self…

I’ve been honoring the blessings by inviting friends for dinner and tea, and just sharing my happy and safe space. Sharing my joy and abundance—rebuilding community…

Life goes on… allow love to guide you.

May you continue to expand and evolve to your most empowered and authentic self…

3. It is something you already intuitively knew as Truth, but now without a shadow of doubt. Everything seems to “fall into place”

I am here to remind you that you also hold vision. You have also been given dreams, just as powerful as the one given to MLK. He found the bravery and courage to speak Truth into existence. He dedicated his service and his life to honor that vision.

Before 2021 ended, you too were given a dream. What was it? How will you honor it in 2022?

I am guided to tell you a few things...

1. Trust that your dream is divinely guided. It was given to you because you were able to receive that which you are the vibration of. This vision, whatever it may be, is unique to your soul purpose. Your life path reveals to you how you have been serving this purpose, this dream, this vision, your entire life. It has simply been revealed to you with more clarity because you are ready.

2. Do not settle for less than anything profoundly soul-singing and passionately heart-centered. If you settle...you deny your dream. You deny the divine guidance of the universe. You deny yourself. You deny all the people your faith, your purpose, would serve. Seek to be a walking testimony that dreams come true, that they are important, that they change the world expansively. Do not settle. Honor your heart's calling.

3. Remain slow and steady. We have a whole year in front of us. If you trust the vision, if you honor it, then it is yours. All that you seek is seeking you. You are worthy of your heart's desires. You are on fire with your purpose. You are right where you need to be. You are positioned to serve your highest purpose. You will succeed and overcome all things this year. There is no rush to your blessings. Enjoy the process. Enjoy the becoming. Enjoy the journey.

You are flying now. This is the year you blossom. This is the year you reap all the seeds of love you have sown. This is the year that changes everything....because you have allowed it to be, you have allowed yourself to receive....truth. You have been brave. So brave.

If you have read this far, this message is for you. Receive it. You are that which you perceive.

I go to into nature (the wilder, the better) every day, for healing. I breathe in the fresh air deeply, I take a dip in clean and cool water, put my hands in soil, or I rest my back against a tree.

As this world seeks to become more digital, inorganic, virtual, and non-sustaining you’ll still find me out here using the technology only to remind you and show you there is a whole beautiful world already here in the present moment.

Right outside your window is pure magic and medicine for the soul.

Last year my goal was to take 100 people into the Wild for healing connection and presence.

I achieved maybe close to 200.

This year my goal is 1,000 and I will do just that :)

We are so clearly the captain of our ship.
We direct, create, and manifest our lives....

But there is another force always at play.
An underlying current.
The flow of Life.
Divine guidance.

We can try to steer off course and choose a different direction...
to go against the current
all we "want"

But it never seems to work out that way sometimes.
We get stuck.
We hit a wall.
Sometimes everything just falls apart.

However, we can shift our perception back to the real question...

What is Life trying to tell me?

Please remember that the unifying collective force of the universe, our higher selves, the most high consciousness....is unconditional love.

So how is the situation that is not working in your life...
lovingly guiding you somewhere else?
Whether this is a thought, belief, an actual place, or relationship?

You are co-creating Life, with Spirit, with the Universe.

Perhaps it is not really a matter between free will OR fate.

But both?

You are a spiritual being having a human experience.

You are the Universe conscious of Itself.

You are free will and fate.

I mention in the podcast that I perceive my life situations through the lens of choice.
Choices I made....
to learn and to love
before I even arrived in the human body.

Is this blissful ignorance and self-destruction...

OR

....actually, true self love, freedom, and empowerment?

All rivers, all paths, all of our lives, are shifting and ascending towards higher consciousness, higher love, and more unity.

Collectively.

Through all pain, loss, and all kinds of death and darkness, there is light being birthed.

For all things that presently feel in, and out, of our control...remember that you are LOVED.

Expansively, universally, unconditionally, and always.

So much so, that you have the free will of choice...
to choose and accept Love as Truth...

Take every breath, intend every action, and make every choice in life as if it were a seed for love. You prepare and amend the soil with care and gratitude…a special home and invitation for that seed. Then you allow sacred space for the universe…with patience, trust , and faith and a little bit of nourishment…to grow your seeds to fruit. Honor the time, the labor, the love, the miracle it takes for dreams to manifest. It’s all a process, an unfoldment, all in divine timing. Trust that you will reap what you have sown. Plant seeds. Make love with Life. You are also that love. You are a seed. Water your garden.

What you feed your body with, fuels your mind. Food is medicine for the soul. I eat as whole, sustainable, and organically as I can, as I recognize that I am what I consume energetically. I ask my body what she needs and I honor it. I cook with patience, love, and a little bit of passion. To serve a home cooked meal, to myself or to others, fills me with joy and gratitude for how blessed and nourished we are by Life.

Morning glow alarm clock
Lightly treading through the pepper patch and cucumbers
Butterfly kisses on the cheek
Bumblebee wonders
Dinners from the garden with sunset backdrops
Warmth of fire
A deep rest after a sweaty day and a cool shower
The stickiness of plant oils still stuck under my fingernails
Medicinal healing power
Loving presence of family and safety
Hot tea and a good book
Cozy bundles of smiles
puppy cuddles
the hum of a guitar or a creek
to fall asleep to.
