Calvin believes in Mentorship. Calvin believes in partnership. Calvin believes in empowerment!!! If elected, I am planning to drive partnership will likemind organization like Amref, Red cross , Meds and other major pharma players to ensure that members access relevant career development in trainings and more opportunities for growth! How many of our members have adequate business management skills, First aid trainings, etc. I will champaign for partnership with pharmacy training institutions so that our younger brothers & sisters joining the profession can be mentored on things like interview presentation, ethics in pharmacy among other things. Most of them end up renting their licenses to quakes for as little as 5k a month due to no problem guidance as they enter the profession. At KPA we have numbers, what if we partner with an insurance company to offer our members with a medical cover at a subsidized rate? Vote Calvin Oyamo. We can only be stronger !!!
