Fight the flu too! Get vaccinated against both the flu and COVID-19 to stay super healthy this fall. The flu shot protects people 6 months and older from 4 strains of the virus. You can now get your flu shot at any of our 3 health centers in Berkeley, Pine Lawn or Sunset Hills, weekdays from 8 - 10:30am and 1 - 3pm. Walk-ups are welcome. Please note that flu shots are processed via patients’ insurance with the sliding-scale fee applied for patients without health insurance.

This time of year brings more respiratory viruses, like respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The virus causes mild cold-like symptoms for most people, but it can be very serious for adults 65+ or those with certain chronic medical conditions. To protect yourself & others:
• Wash your hands often with soap and water.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay home when you’re sick.
• Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your upper shirt sleeve, not your hands.
• Clean frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs and mobile devices.
