The benefits of a daily yoga practice are endless.

Your Yoga practice doesn't need to be fancy either. Headstands and contorting into all sorts of poses is not the goal of Yoga.

You don't come to Yoga flexible - you come to Yoga to get flexible.

Yoga has many benefits to the body mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Especially during the Christmas season, it is so important to slow down and take a few moments for yourself.

These benefits do not only apply to adults but children as well.

Beginning healthy habits at a young age is so beneficial for children and teens to help deal with stress and anxiety. Plus it give the immune system great boost!

Quick Yoga Flow for an invigorating morning routine. Hold each pose for 5 breaths, or challenge yourself and hold each pose for a minute.

Do the sequences once, or 3 times, or for an hour. Make the yoga practice yours.

Do it outside; or in a hot room. Add an aroma diffuser and candles, and do it in the dark or in the morning sun.

Hold each pose for as long as possible x 2 or for both right and left. See which side is stronger, more sturdy etc.

Make animal sounds and create a story.

I discovered Yoga in my 2nd year of University. It was the BEST THING I could have stumbled upon!

The difference I felt between my first and second year going into exams was huge! In my first year of University, going into an exam, I would be stressed out and anxious.

In my 2nd year of University, after practicing Yoga for only a short while, I found going into exams was a piece of cake. I was as cool as a cucumber. I didn't realize it at the time, but it was my Yoga practice that made all the difference in the world.

In my last year of University, I realized how important Yoga was, and how beneficial it would be for students. And the benefits are endless. Not only for students but for parents and teachers as well!
