Highlights from this week ✨

This week I’ve been making a conscious effort to set daily intentions, prioritising rest, changing the narrative around working more to achieving more [this is counter productive if you’re a projector like me] and surrounding myself with people uplift, inspire, and support me.

With that being said, here is some goodness that I soaked up this week.

🛒 Over 150 of you asked to see inside my Woolworths shop this week — so here it is.

This is what I actually grabbed: nothing fancy, just the simple staples that keep me going between my organic farmers market hauls.

Because around 90% of my fresh produce and meat comes from my local market, my supermarket trolley is pretty minimal, think sparkling water, tinned tomatoes, oats, toothpaste, and a little extra protein to tide me over.

This week was busyyyy, so I thought I’d share the goodness I lean into when Im feeling a little depleted and overwhelmed;

- Lots of time by the ocean, before, during, and after work
- Adding functional food like Lions Mane to my smoothies to support stress, immune function, and mental clarity
- 1 long run, 1 mid run, 1 interval run
- Time with family making homemade pizzas
- Farmers market haul for fresh, organic produce
- Testing GF Chicken Dumplings
- Burning incense while I work
- Cuddles with Chilli
- Organic wine, I’m obsessed with

Here’s a little snapshot of mine. Not because it’s the “right” way, but because it’s what supports me.

I love rising before the sun, strength training, waking my dog, having my coffee after a banana, and journalling before diving into my work day.

Things I’ve eaten in the last 7 days ...
a.k.a what nourishing my body [and my dog] really looks like.

Personally, I don’t believe in fad diets, or calorie counting. I do believe in learning about the foods which serve *your* body’s needs.

Food has a powerful role in supporting your energy, balancing your hormones, supporting your gut, and most of all - helping you to FEEL amazing.

I hope this shows you how eating well can be super simple, easy, satisfying and full of flavour.

I know this feeling deeply. For years I thought if I just pushed harder… if I just did more… eventually I’d feel better. But chronic fatigue and burnout don’t heal through force — they heal through flow.

The truth is, your body isn’t the enemy. The exhaustion isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s your body whispering (or maybe screaming) that it’s time to slow down, nourish differently, and reclaim your energy from the inside out.

You don’t need to fight against the waves anymore. You get to anchor into the current. ✨
