🌿 Yoga for Blood Pressure; A Natural Way to Find Equilibrium

Because most people are unaware of the symptoms until they begin to interfere with their everyday lives, blood pressure, whether it be too high (hypertension) or too low (hypotension), is frequently referred to as a silent health challenge. Blood pressure abnormalities can be caused by a variety of factors, including prolonged sitting, bad food habits, a lack of physical activity, ongoing stress, and even negative thought patterns. If left unchecked, it can raise the risk of anxiety, headaches, exhaustion, and heart disease. This is why it's so crucial to keep things in balance. Many individuals are increasingly using yoga as a holistic method that cures the body, soothes the mind, and regains emotional stability in addition to medicine and food.

How Yoga Helps with Blood Pressure;
Yoga lowers stress hormones, enhances blood circulation, and controls the nervous system. While mild postures enhance heart function and expand the chest for improved oxygen flow, deep breathing (pranayama) soothes the mind. This eventually results in blood pressure levels that are more balanced.

NLP + Reiki + Meditation - Conquering fear of heights

"I started my sessions with Miss Shinab when I was struggling with anxiety, fears, and constant overthinking. At first, I could only feel relief for a few hours, but gradually the changes became stronger and more lasting.
After each session, I feel lighter, calmer, and more relaxed—like a peaceful soul. My fears shrink, and I begin to feel confident. I even notice that I’m now able to relate negative thoughts with positive ones and handle panic in a better way. The improvements are noticeable in day-to-day life. Even at speeds of 90 to 100 km/h, which I never believed I'd be able to achieve, I've been driving with more assurance. Normally, I would have panicked within minutes after spending two hours in a subterranean shopping area, but this time, I felt absolutely good. I can now appreciate the little things again, and my mood swings have reduced.

Of course, I still get bad news or thoughts more often than I would like, but they are considerably less intense today, and I can handle them without losing it. My normal duties feel easier and more natural, and I've noticed a steady decrease in my fears and anxiety over the past few sessions.
I feel stronger, happier, and more confident after just four or five sessions. Every session helps me grow, and I can definitely notice my progress.
