✨ Reduce consumption of foods and drinks that contain lots of fat, salt, and sugar such as soda, beer, and bacon .

✨ Foods rich in calcium, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D such as salmon and sardines. Calcium can also be obtained from milk, soy, and yogurt.
✨ Foods that can prevent or reduce inflammation (inflammation) such as oatmeal , turmeric, and walnuts.
2️⃣ Ideal Body Weight
✨ If you have excess weight can cause certain joints, such as the hips, back, and knees, to bear a greater burden. Because the more overweight a person is, the higher the risk of disorders that can arise in the joints. Therefore, having an ideal body weight is very important to reduce the workload on the joints.
3️⃣Don't stay still for too long, intersperse by moving.
✨The habit of sitting still throughout the day, such as typing, watching TV, or driving, can lead to a higher risk of developing joint disorders. The more you move, the more flexible your joints become and they are free from distractions. At least take a break every half hour to be active, such as walking to get a drink or going to the toilet to p*e.
4️⃣ Warming up Before Exercise
✨Warming up before exercising is important to prevent joint injuries during exercise.
✨Warm up can be done by moving the neck, bending the knees to the side, moving the shoulders and arms and then repeat at least 3-5 times.
5️⃣ Get used to exercising regularly
✨Sports that play a role in increasing the heart rate, such as aerobic exercise, can reduce swelling in the joints. But if you are experiencing joint pain, you should do other sports such as cycling or swimming.
✨Weight training also helps build the muscles that support the joints. If you don't have dumbbells, you can use a fully-filled one liter water bottle instead. Yoga and Pilates are also good for training balance and muscle strength. Exercise is a physical activity that when done regularly can make the body healthier and fitter.
✨However, if exercise is done excessively, the benefits of exercise cannot be obtained. If muscles or joints feel sore even after days, you should take a break from exercise to restore the body's condition.
