💯I use my page to bring as much awareness as I can, because I am a massive advocate for protecting our children and their innocence. I speak out about the hidden dangers around us, share information on how to keep kids safe, and highlight ways to prevent people from going through avoidable trauma. I’m not here to sugar-coat anything, I’m here to inform. Knowledge is power, and the more we know, the better we can protect ourselves, our families, and especially our children.👊

👷‍♂️Roblox looks innocent on the surface colourful characters, simple games, and a huge online world that seems “safe for kids”, but parents need to understand how dangerous this platform can be. It is a live online environment where strangers can chat with, message, and even voice‑chat with children, and that makes it extremely attractive to groomers and pedophiles who hide behind cute avatars and fake profiles. These predators use private chats, friend requests, in‑game gifts, and “role‑play” games to slowly build trust, push boundaries, and expose kids to sexual content, manipulation, and sometimes attempts to move conversations off the platform entirely. 😡

Roblox is not just a “game”, it is a massive online platform and social network, and that makes it incredibly dangerous for children when it’s not tightly supervised. Behind the cute graphics and innocent-looking mini‑games is a huge hunting ground for predators who use chats, friend requests, role‑play games, and private servers to target and groom kids. 😠

Many of these adults hide behind childlike avatars, pretend to be the same age, and slowly push boundaries with inappropriate talk, images, or requests to move conversations to other apps. Parents who think “it’s just a kids’ game” are giving strangers open access to their children. Roblox can be a huge platform for predators, and families need to treat it with extreme caution! strict privacy settings, constant supervision, and a clear understanding that this is not a safe playground, but a live environment where real‑world dangers are very present. 🔞

The harsh truth is that the safest thing you can do is keep your kids off platforms like Roblox altogether, because that is the only guaranteed way to protect them from what is happening there. Roblox is a massive hunting ground for online predators, and these people are clever and calculated, they know exactly what to say and do to gain a child’s trust, to seem like a “friend,” and to slowly lure them into dangerous conversations and situations. 😳

This isn’t speculation! Roblox has been in the media many times for cases of grooming, sexual content, and predatory behaviour taking place on the platform. Despite this, the company’s moderation and “safety tools” clearly aren’t preventing this from happening. Children are still being exposed, contacted, and groomed. No game or bit of entertainment is worth that risk! removing your child from these platforms is the strongest layer of protection you can give them.💯

‼️Don’t be arrogant and think, “This won’t happen to my child.” The people doing this are predators! they do it for a living, they study children’s behaviour, and they are smarter, more patient, and more calculated than you think. If you know what really goes on in these platforms and still allow your children to play on these games you are, whether you like it or not, supporting the very environment that allows this abuse to thrive. For things to change, we can’t just complain we must stand up, remove our kids from these hunting grounds, speak out, and refuse to feed a system that profits while our children’s innocence is put at risk.💯‼️

My own child had this game, and I’ll be honest, I thought it was just harmless fun until I came across the information about what’s really going on behind the scenes. The moment I learned how dangerous it is and how many predators use it, I immediately took them off it. That was it, no second chances, no “supervised” play. They will never have access to it again. No game is worth risking my child’s safety or innocence, and I will not support a game that destroys children's lives and innocence!!!!👊💯

Frequency is everything! 🧠

it’s the unseen blueprint shaping the reality we experience. Every thought, emotion, and belief carries a vibration, and the state of our lives mirrors the frequency we’re choosing consciously or unconsciously every day. 🧐

When we live in fear, anger, scarcity, and doubt, we resonate on lower frequencies that attract more of the same: conflict, lack, and heaviness. But when we choose to cultivate love, gratitude, joy, and trust, we raise our vibration, and life begins to match that energy with new opportunities, deeper connections, and greater abundance. 🙏

To bring more love, joy, and prosperity into our lives, we must first become a match for them from within by healing old wounds, shifting limiting beliefs, and deliberately tuning our thoughts and emotions to a higher frequency. Change the signal you emit, and the world you live in will transform to meet it.🌎

We are all slaves! 💯

yet most of us refuse to see the chains because they’re invisible and comfortable. People say slavery ended decades ago because it’s easier to believe in a clean, heroic story of progress than to face the truth that the system simply changed its shape. 😦

The whips became debts, the plantations became office towers and warehouses, the overseers became algorithms and managers, and the shackles turned into contracts, subscriptions, and social expectations.😣

We wake up to alarms we didn’t choose, work jobs we often hate to buy things we don’t need, and scroll through feeds designed to keep us numb and obedient.😫

We are slaves to wages, to bills, to brands, to political narratives, to fear of losing what little we have. The system doesn’t need chains when it can control our time, our attention, our choices, and even our sense of what’s “normal.” Slavery never ended; it just modernized, hid itself behind laws and screens, and taught us to be proud of our own captivity. 🧐

Slavery never ended; it just changed form. The chains are no longer iron on our wrists but pressures wrapped around our minds, our time, and our survival. We are forced to trade most of our waking hours for money just to afford the basic right to exist, shelter, food, water, healthcare, things that should never have been turned into luxuries.👌

We are tracked, measured, and manipulated by systems that tell us what to buy, what to believe, and who to fear, while calling it “freedom” and “choice.” Instead of masters, we now have corporations, banks, and governments that decide the borders of our lives, punish disobedience with poverty and exclusion, and reward submission with just enough comfort to keep us quiet.🧐

We are taught to call this normal, to be grateful for it, to defend it. But deep down, when you feel that constant exhaustion, that quiet panic about money, that sense that your life is not really your own that is the truth whispering: the plantation was never dismantled, it was globalized.🌍

We are the slaves, and the first step toward breaking free is daring to see the cage we’re in.👊

Why do humans have to pay to live on Earth‼️😡

A planet we were simply born onto, not something we signed a contract for or agreed to rent? 🧐 How did we get to a place where land, water, shelter, and even food are locked behind paywalls, owned on paper by systems that arrived long after the Earth itself?

🤨 At what point did we collectively agree that just existing here would come with a price tag, that we’d spend most of our lives working simply to afford a small corner of a world that was always meant to be shared? How did we allow a handful of people and institutions to claim ownership over what is fundamentally life itself over rivers, fields, forests, and even the sky we build beneath?

🚫When you really stop and question it, something feels deeply off. We’ve normalised a structure where our right to live safely and comfortably on our own planet is conditional based on money, status, and permission. More and more of us are starting to ask: who decided this, and why are we still agreeing to it? 🤨

🌎The Earth doesn’t belong to governments, corporations, or systems it belongs to Source, to the Creator ⚡️. This planet was here long before any of our laws, borders, or ownership papers, and it will be here long after they’re gone. We are guests and guardians, not owners. Somewhere along the way, humanity forgot that the land, water, air, and all living beings are sacred expressions of the same Source that created us. 🌏

Remembering that the Earth belongs to the Creator dissolves the illusion of control and ownership and reminds us of our true role to honour, protect, and live in harmony with this beautiful planet, not to claim it as property.👌

😡When did everyone forget their power? How did we, as a collective, become so brainwashed and controlled that we now accept systems and narratives that go against our own inner knowing? Bit by bit, generation after generation, people were taught to doubt themselves, to obey authority without question, to prioritise fitting in over thinking for themselves.

🙄We’ve been conditioned through education, media, fear, and distraction to believe we are small, powerless, and dependent on external systems for validation, survival, and truth. But that power hasn’t disappeared, it’s just been buried under layers of programming. 💪The moment we start to question, to turn off the noise, to reconnect with our intuition, Source, and our own hearts, we begin to remember who we really are. That remembrance is exactly what breaks the spell of control.👌

🤔We shouldn’t have to pay to live on the Earth. None of us paid to enter this world, we arrived here freely, born onto a planet that was already abundant with land, water, food, and everything needed to sustain life 🌍. Yet somewhere along the way, existing on this Earth became something we’re charged for, rent for a place to sleep, bills for clean water, debt for education, bills, endless work just to secure the basics.

🫣When you really think about it, it makes no sense. We did not sign a contract to be here, we didn’t agree to be billed for our own existence. We were born, the same way every human has ever been born freely. The idea that we must constantly pay simply to survive on a planet we were gifted life on is a construct of man-made systems, not a law of nature or truth of the soul.👊

🤲When will humanity finally unite, start honouring Source and our own souls, and truly see how much control we’re all under? As long as we’re distracted, divided, and numbed out by fear, stress, and survival mode, we struggle to notice the strings being pulled. We argue with each other instead of questioning the systems. The shift begins the moment enough of us wake up when individuals start listening to their intuition, questioning the narratives, turning back to love, truth, and inner guidance.

🙌 Unity doesn’t start “out there,” it starts in each person remembering who they are beyond labels, roles, and programming. The more of us that choose to live from soul instead of fear, to honour Source instead of blindly obeying systems, the harder it becomes to control humanity. That awakening is already happening it grows every time one person chooses awareness, compassion, and sovereignty over compliance and conditioning.😊

😊 It’s time to heal, unite, and reconnect with Source. So much is being revealed in the world right now that we’re being called back to who we truly are beyond fear, division, and control. Healing starts within each of us, choosing to face our pain, break old patterns, and raise our frequency 🧠 As we do this inner work, we naturally begin to unite with others on the same path, recognising that we are all part of the same consciousness. When we reconnect with Source we remember our power, our purpose, and our ability to create a different reality.

The more of us who choose healing, unity, and connection to Source, the more the world around us begins to shift.👏

🧐 In my clinic I witness real, tangible change in people every day. My role is to give you the tools, the guidance, and the awareness, but the true transformation happens when you choose to implement them consistently in your life.👌

🫵 I’m seeing profound shifts in my clients because they are willing to do the inner work and let go of old versions of themselves, old identities, and patterns that no longer serve them. As they release what’s outdated, they begin to experience new levels of clarity, peace, and alignment in their lives. Watching these transformations unfold is exactly what makes the work I do so meaningful and worthwhile.🙏

💪 Real healing begins the moment you recognise it’s time for change and that the change is you 🫵. It isn’t a magic wand that suddenly fixes everything or erases your past. Healing asks for your willingness, your honesty, and your commitment. You have to show up for yourself, put the work in, and truly want things to be different. No one can do that part for you. Tools, guidance, and support can point the way, but you are the key that unlocks your own transformation.

🤔 Healing can be tough, confronting, and uncomfortable, but living in constant emotional and physical pain is far harder. Staying stuck in cycles of hurt, stress, and suppression slowly wears you down, even if it feels familiar or “easier” in the moment. Choosing healing means choosing short-term discomfort for long-term freedom. It asks you to face what you’ve been avoiding, feel what you’ve been numbing, and gently rewrite the patterns that are keeping you small. It isn’t always easy, but the relief, clarity, and sense of self you gain on the other side make the journey worth every step.

👊 Make the right choice: choose you, choose transformation, choose a better life. We all have a choice, every single day. We can choose to stay stuck in the same patterns, the same pain, the same stories that hold us back, or we can choose to grow, to heal, and to step into a new version of ourselves. No one can make that decision for you. The power is in your hands, in your willingness to say, “I’m ready for something different.” Choose the path that honours your soul, your health, your peace, and your future. The choice is yours.🙏

🧐There is so much darkness being exposed in the world right now that it’s more important than ever to keep our frequency high and stay anchored in peace, kindness, and love. We are living through a powerful shift where corruption, manipulation, and hidden agendas are coming to light, and while it’s vital that we have the awareness to see what’s really happening, it’s just as vital that we don’t let our energy drop or get trapped in fear, anger, or hopelessness.

By consciously choosing higher frequencies through compassion, gratitude, integrity, and connection, we not only protect our own wellbeing, we also help stabilize the collective energy. Awareness without attachment is key: we witness the darkness being revealed, but we remember who we are and continually return to the vibration of love.🙏

💪 It’s a powerful time to be alive and to be born into this world. We’re witnessing a profound shift in human consciousness, where so much that has been hidden, both light and dark is rising to the surface to be seen, healed, and transformed. Systems, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve us are being challenged and dismantled, making space for new ways of living rooted in truth, compassion, and unity. Souls choosing to incarnate now are arriving with incredible sensitivity, wisdom, and purpose, ready to support this transition and help anchor higher frequencies on the planet. Even though it can feel chaotic and intense, this is a sacred moment in history: we are moving into a new world, and every conscious heart, every awakened mind, and every new life entering at this time is part of that powerful unfolding.🙏

CANCELLATION POLICY! ‼️

Unfortunately I have no choice but to introduce a new cancellation policy. I have not brought in any cancellation fees for over two years, but it is very difficult to offer your slot to someone else when appointments are cancelled at short notice, or cancelled on the day.

I am also working on new projects to bring into Lles to help heal people, which means I am not at the clinic all day, every day and need to schedule bookings carefully around these projects.

I have kept my prices as affordable as possible so that people can access the support they need to heal, and I have chosen not to raise my prices because my goal is to help heal humanity, not to turn anyone away.

I have limited my days at the clinic to focus on other healing projects I’m bringing in, it’s especially important that you give enough notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This helps ensure that the time can be offered to someone else, and I can schedule my day better.

🫵Setting boundaries is essential both spiritually and practically. Spiritually, clear boundaries protect your energy, keep you aligned with your truth, and prevent you from absorbing other people’s heaviness, projections, and expectations. They create a sacred container where your intuition, healing, and growth can actually take root, instead of being constantly drained or distorted by outside influence. Practically, boundaries let you say “no” without guilt, choose who has access to you, and decide what you will and will not tolerate in relationships, work, and daily life. They help you stop people‑pleasing, avoid burnout, and step out of victim mode into conscious choice. When you set and honour your boundaries, you send a clear message to yourself and the world: my time, energy, body, and spirit are valuable—and I am the one who decides how they are used.💪

🧐Most of us have been conditioned to believe that setting boundaries and making ourselves a priority is selfish, wrong, or “too much.” That conditioning keeps us over-giving, people-pleasing, and abandoning our own needs just to be accepted. In truth, putting yourself first in a healthy way is vital—for your energy, your mental health, your spiritual growth, and your ability to truly show up for others. When you honour your limits and treat your well-being as sacred, you’re not being selfish; you’re becoming resourced, grounded, and powerful enough to live your purpose and support others from a place of wholeness, not depletion.🙏

This year, LLES will be undergoing many exciting changes. I will be moving to a new location and introducing new healing modalities, as well as launching a range of healing courses designed to train and support people in accessing their true potential.💪 Alongside these offerings, other inspiring opportunities will be emerging as LLES expands. I am committed to creating spaces and programs that foster growth, empower individuals to step into their highest potential, and deepen their journey of healing and self-discovery.🙏

🫵My courses will be designed to help you access your inner power, become your own healer, and, in doing so, make a meaningful difference in the world around you. My teachings are real and grounded, no fluff, no shortcuts just honest, practical tools and wisdom. These courses will empower you to trust your own intuition and abilities, and to consciously create the reality you wish to live in.👊

🤐Stop telling yourself you can’t do this. Stop handing your power over to people. Stop searching outside of yourself for the answers and guidance on how to create your reality.
