Being a Mom isn’t necessarily the “Glam Life”...
No I don’t get dressed up as often as I used to..
Or even get around to brushing my hair.

No I don’t get a meal to myself...
Or even a hot meal some nights.

No I don’t get quiet baths to myself...
Or even a shower longer than 5 min.

But I don’t even WANT those things anymore...

Hey everyone . . . I wanted to make a post about one of my favorite healthy meals that’s also super fast and great for people on the go or anyone that just comes home and doesn’t feel like cooking! So I always keep a huge bag of meatballs in the freezer that are fully cooked . . . I like the chicken turkey blend but really any kind you like doesn’t matter . . . And I keep a couple packet of different types of ready rice always! This cooks in 90 seconds in the microwave cook the rice first then let that steam while you cook the meatballs normally
About 2 minutes in the microwave! You can make the entire dinner in under 5
Minutes but the meatballs have 11 grams of protein and the rice has 4 grams so you are literally eating a hearty meal that taste like comfort food that’s still overall pretty healthy in under 5 minutes! I normally spice up the rice a little with some salsa 💃 but feel free to find out how you like it! Hope this was helpful!
