Pilates at Great Park!
Our Pilates classes have been running at GPCC for many years and we’ve built up such a lovely community. Strangers have become friends and support and laughter is a main feature of our sessions. Thank you all for coming along year after year and always bringing great energy ♥️🥰

Another great Pilates 1:1, by using the resistance bands we are improving shoulder mobility and building muscle strength. The bands add a little more to the exercise as we increase the resistance.

Resistance Bands in Pilates enhances strength, flexibility, mobility, and coordination by adding resistance to movements, leading to greater muscle activation, and engagement of the core.

Even though it’s dark, cold and grim, Pilates group classes are still bursting at the seams. Thank you all for coming out even though it’s tempting to stay in.. your body will thank you for it!

My wonderful client has consistently turned up once a week for 1:1 Pilates, and it’s been incredible to watch her progress. Coming from injury and taking time to master the small detailed work, she is now able to perfect all sorts of progressions and advanced movements. Super proud of you!👏👏👏👏

Treated to a rare few days holiday and I’m thinking yes, my body is tired, it needs a rest from Pilates.
Okaaaay well 3 days of doing nothing have done me no favours, and I’m tight and sore everywhere. The only thing my body is shouting for IS Pilates!!!! Back to the mat I go, and now feel great and can lie on the sunbed in peace.
Like it or not, Pilates is the glue that holds everything together !!! 💪🏻 👙☀️⛱️
