For years, I always felt like something was missing in my life.
I had my family, a great job, a safe home, and reliable car....but why was I still looking for more?

I thought by working harder and having more fun, I would find the happiness I was truly looking for. And although I embraced life, I was still feeling this gap.

It wasn't until I discovered this idea of "doing less is more", and getting quiet is the way to find abundance and true happiness.

That I truly had everything I needed within me and that I didn't need to search elsewhere for satisfaction and assurance.

By practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, I was able to discovers this whole new love for myself. Which then allowed me to love others more, love my life more, and overall more abundance!

I have gained confidence in myself and have let go of people pleasing and over-thinking. It's been such a relief to trust myself.

Did you know that drinking too much, or drinking too little, can cause dysfunction with your bladder and pelvic floor!? 😳

We see many extremes when it comes to water. Some media saying we should drink less to loose water weight, or drink more to lose weight. Be careful what you read out there. 💦

Based on recent research, you should drink half your body weight in oz. So if you weight 180, your water intake should be 90oz every day.

The other trick to keep in mind is drinking sips throughout the day while avoiding chugs a few times a day. Just like you would water a plant, you do a little as you go, not drown it. 🌿
