                                            For years, I always felt like something was missing in my life. 
I had my family, a great job, a safe home, and reliable car....but why was I still looking for more?
I thought by working harder and having more fun, I would find the happiness I was truly looking for. And although I embraced life, I was still feeling this gap. 
It wasn't until I discovered this idea of "doing less is more", and  getting quiet is the way to find abundance and true happiness. 
That I truly had everything I needed within me and that I didn't need to search elsewhere for satisfaction and assurance. 
By practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, I was able to discovers this whole new love for myself. Which then allowed me to love others more, love my life more, and overall more abundance! 
I have gained confidence in myself and have let go of people pleasing and over-thinking. It's been such a relief to trust myself.
