Here’s how👇🏼

🍳Start your day with a nice and healthy breakfast

🥩 Eat your Meat with My Plate method
Fill half of your plate with vegetables
Quarter of it should consist of Protein aka meat and rest of it with Carbohydrates

🍾Avoid over consumption of fizzy drinks / beverages with major meals.

🍰 Eat your desserts after your major meal
Eat mindfully

💧Stay hydrated

2. Improves Insulin Sensitivity: Protein-rich foods can improve insulin sensitivity, which is often impaired in individuals with PCOS.

3. Supports Weight Management: Protein takes more energy to digest, which can help increase metabolism and support weight loss.

All of her labs were deranged and her eating pattern was so disturbed.
