Do you struggle with sleep? Many of us do. Most of us probably preach sleep hygeine to our patients multiple times per week but do we truly apply it ourselves. A bedtime ritual is essential. For me, my ritual starts with a hot bath and ends with some light reading. Sprinkle in a little meditation on some nights and voila! I still struggle to sleep well on some nights but at least I give myself the best shot at it. What are some of your favorite bedtime rituals?
