If you think you have Long Covid, call 811 or ask your Dr. to perform this assessment on you so that they can determine next steps - severe cases are to be referred to a Long Covid Interdisciplinary Program - mild/moderate cases should seek help from local healthcare professionals (e.g. physio, naturopathic Dr., nutritionist/dietician etc.) as they may have to wait a very long time before they can get into an actual program (if they even have access to one) - the types of healthcare professionals you should see will vary person to person depending on your symptoms and presentation!

Time to introduce myself! My name is Chelsea and I’m a Physiotherapist currently working in Calgary, AB 🇨🇦⠀

I decided to make this account to share information, experiences, ideas and opinions about various topics in my line of work because I love educating people about their bodies amazing capabilities 🤓📚⠀

The way I see it is that if I can help even one person move out of pain, restore function and increase their quality of life in some form by sharing a little bit of information, advice or inspiration on here then I am so stoked! 🥰⠀

My posts will be a mix of my own stuff (patient case studies, exercises & treatment techniques for various conditions) as well other interesting reads, facts and words of inspiration/motivation 🧠👀⠀

Feel free to send me a direct message if you have particular questions about an injury you need help with and/or if there are topics you want me to touch on. I will have a website up & running soon that will show you what services I offer, stay tuned!
