Hello,
Today I want to show you one of the techniques I use for myself and for everyone who comes to my Natural Lift Facial Massage. These little, anti-ageing pinching movements can help to reconstruct elastin and collagen fibres. I would like to encourage you to do it every morning and night for at least 2 minutes, just before you apply any serum or moisturizer. You will see great results soon. I did it🙂 I went to fire🔥and ice 🧊session @ REVIVE. I highly recommend it. The water temperature was 4° and I managed to stay the longest for 5 minutes. What do I like about cold water therapy?
1. I like being the observer, watching my thoughts when the water is soo cold❄️ first you may feel like you don't know if you can do this...then
2. I like to focus on my breathing and watching my thoughts disappear.🧘‍♂️ You feel like " I am strong, I am doing it, I am happy" and then
3. I like the feeling of complete connection- body, mind, soul. ❤️ You feel that you are in the present moment ❤️
