Scoliosis is an abnormal lateral curvature of the spine. It is most often diagnosed in childhood or early adolescence. The spine's normal curves occur at the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions in the so-called “sagittal” plane.

Spinal stenosis happens when the spaces in the spine narrow and create pressure on the spinal cord and nerve roots. The spinal cord is a bundle of nerves that comes out of the base of the brain and runs down the center of the spine.
👉👉Symptoms of spinal stenosis may develop when the spaces within the spine narrow, most often in the lower back and neck. The narrowing creates pressure on the spine and related structures, causing symptoms. For most people, symptoms develop and progress slowly over a period of time, and some people may not have any symptoms.

The symptoms you experience depend on the location of the narrowing in your spine.
👉👉Symptoms of spinal stenosis in the lower back can include:

👉Pain in the lower back.

👉Burning pain or ache that radiates down the buttocks and into the legs, that typically worsens with standing or walking and gets better with leaning forward (flexion).

👉Numbness, tingling, or cramping in the legs and feet. These may become more pronounced during standing or walking.

👉Weakness in the legs and feet.

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, affecting millions of people worldwide. It occurs when the protective cartilage that cushions the ends of the bones wears down over time.

Although osteoarthritis can damage any joint, the disorder most commonly affects joints in your hands, knees, hips and spine.

👉Osteoarthritis symptoms often develop slowly and worsen over time. Signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis include:

👩‍⚕️Pain. Affected joints might hurt during or after movement.

👩‍⚕️Stiffness. Joint stiffness might be most noticeable upon awakening or after being inactive.

👩‍⚕️Tenderness. Your joint might feel tender when you apply light pressure to or near it.

👩‍⚕️Loss of flexibility. You might not be able to move your joint through its full range of motion.

👩‍⚕️Grating sensation. You might feel a grating sensation when you use the joint, and you might hear popping or crackling.

👩‍⚕️Bone spurs. These extra bits of bone, which feel like hard lumps, can form around the affected joint.

👩‍⚕️Swelling. This might be caused by soft tissue inflammation around the joint.

The platysma is a superficial muscle found in the neck. It covers most of the anterior and lateral aspect of the neck. The platysma is a broad muscle which arises from the fascia that covers the upper segments of the deltoid and pectoralis muscles.

The main function of the platysma is to contribute to producing a myriad of facial expressions. With its attachment on the modiolus and the lower lip, it can produce an expression of sadness, surprise and horror by lowering the corners of the mouth and lower lip.

Biceps Tendinitis

Biceps tendinitis is an inflammation or irritation of the upper biceps tendon. Also called the long head of the biceps tendon, this strong, cord-like structure connects the biceps muscle to the bone in the shoulder socket.

Pain in the front of the shoulder and weakness are common symptoms of biceps tendinitis. They can often be relieved with rest and medication. In severe cases, you may need surgery to repair the tendon.

Wrist Sprains👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

A wrist sprain occurs when the strong ligaments that support the wrist stretch beyond their limits or tear. This occurs when the wrist is bent or twisted forcefully, such as caused by a fall onto an outstretched hand. Wrist sprains are common injuries. They can range from mild to severe, depending on how much damage there is to the
Ligaments.

Symptoms 👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

👉A sprained wrist is painful. Other symptoms may include:

👉Swelling

👉Bruising

👉Tenderness to touch

👉A feeling of popping or tearing inside the wrist

👉A feeling of warmth around the wrist

Even a wrist injury that seems mild with minimal swelling could still involve a torn ligament and require surgery to avoid long-term problems.

Causes of neck pain.

Because the neck supports the weight of the head, it can be at risk of injuries and conditions that cause pain and restrict motion. Neck pain causes include:

Muscle strains. Overuse, such as too many hours hunched over a computer or a smartphone, often triggers muscle strains. Even minor things, such as reading in bed, can strain neck muscles.

Worn joints. As with other joints in the body, neck joints tend to wear with age. In response to this wear and tear, the body often forms bone spurs that can affect joint motion and cause pain.

Nerve compression. Herniated disks or bone spurs in the vertebrae of the neck can press on the nerves branching out from the spinal cord.

Injuries. Rear-end auto collisions often result in whiplash injury. This occurs when the head jerks backward and then forward, straining the soft tissues of the neck.

Diseases. Certain diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, meningitis or cancer, can cause neck pain.
