This morning was a blast at SOKO Outfitters for puppy yoga with Homeward Bownd Siberian Husky Rescue! Cuteness and puppy kiss overload with every breath! While the puppies are off to their foster and adopted families, they have so many loving adult pups looking for their perfect homes!

Just a reminder: Yoga is for everyone! El was my lovely assistant with setting up the room for last Sunday’s Candlelight Restorative. She quietly listened and followed along from the comfy corner of the room until she gestured to me that she wanted to join for real. She took over my mat toward the end and melted into the music and and poses.

This year I wanted to refocus on my love for yoga, mindfulness and rediscover an old creative outlet. I’m soo thankful to be able to display some of my handmade malas and bracelets at both Toula Yoga studios!

Strong beautiful yogis rocking the Kali Mudra tonight at Toula Yoga! The Kali Mudra is symbolic of Kali’s sword which helps us to feel empowered to stand in our truth. It just so happens that this mudra also felt reminiscent of Charlie’s Angels the day after I ternatilnal Women’s Day!
