Another common use of Calc. Fluor is for ulcers. Four days ago, I had one which forms inside my mouth near the lips. As always, ulcers can be painful and most importantly distracting. I had attributed it to either dehydration, or my teeth accidentally bite it when I was sleeping.

I did not do anything to it for three days thinking that if I bite it off, it will secrete the pus and eventually will be gone. Well, I was right. It was gone but within the same day, it grew again.

On the fourth day around 4pm, I had decided to take three globules of Calc. Fluor. The ulcer subsided within the next hour. Take note that it depends on how your body responded to these remedies. Mine most of the time is quite immediate in less than 30 minutes.

There are other symptoms such as the skin near my fingers are chapped and dry, which is a signal to me that there is something deficient in my body.

What kind of results can you expect with Calc. Phos?

This is depending on how your body reacts and depending on other factors such as whether you have sufficient tissue salts in your body to aid with the passing motion. Personally, for mine, some remedies could have effect between 10 to 30 minutes. I will have the urge to go to the toilet and pass motion. And the waste is normally not solid. It will flow out easily without the need to force myself. If I take it at night before sleep, the next morning I need not force myself to pass motion.

Mag. Phos is a remedy suitable for muscles, bloated abdomen due to excess air, stomach cramps and other stomach related problems. It is a proven remedy to reduce the pain in menstrual cramps. From my years of implementing and experimenting its effect, for menstrual cramps, it works very well with Kali Phosphoricum. Apart from that, whenever you could feel that the body is lacking of proper blood circulation, it compliments well if taken with Ferrum Phosphate.

Even though sometimes you feel lack of energy and tired after a day of stress, Mag. Phos can be taken before sleep with Kali Phosphoricum or once in awhile with Calcarea Phosphorica.
