The 4th annual QCFitFest Health & Fitness Expo is right around the corner on April 6th & 7th at the TBK Bank Sports Complex.
This is a fun family event and whether you workout 5 days a week or haven’t even got started yet but are looking to do something, there’s something for everyone! So many amazing services and products for people to see. Come out and participate in our free classes, sign up for a free competition, sign your child up for the basketball camp or the virtual reality game or just come out to walk around and get out of the house and see all the amazing vendors who will be there like the ones you’ll see in this video!
