Pick a pile!
This whimsical new deck is called Tarot of Tides: the Adventures of a Duck Named Bob. The deck tells the story of a small toy duck called Bob who was forgotten at the beach, and his epic adventure.

Take a deep breath, settle your mind, close your eyes for a moment and connect with spirit. When you are ready, open your eyes and pick one of the three piles for your energy going into the weekend ahead. I’ll post the reveal in the comments.

This was a terrific introduction to the basics of Sound Healing and how to conduct a sound healing session using toning (voice), intentional silence, ocean drums, shamanic drums, chimes, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks.

I am excited to begin my personal journey into offering sound healing to others, as well as continuing to collaborate with other practitioners.

I’ll be starting to incorporate sound healing into my Reiki sessions and Yoga classes at this time.

Please note that I am not a certified sound healer; music has always been a huge part of my life and at this time I am just hoping to share that love with others by enhancing work that I am already doing. I may pursue certification in the future… one step at a time 💗

Pepper wanted to share that soon we will have singing bowls at our Yin Yoga classes and Reiki sessions!

I’ll be incorporating a small set of singing bowls from the Ohm Store featuring the “perfect fifth” of healing frequencies at my next Yin and Yoga Nidra class, as well as some soft shamanic drumming patterns to guide you on your meditation.

Use of drumming and singing bowls, as well as tuning forks, aromatic hand treatment, and AcuAroma aromatherapy acupressure points is available during Reiki sessions upon request. ☺️💗

***note: singing bowls pictured is not one of the actual bowls used during classes and healings, and belongs solely to Pepper😉***
