Let's talk about sleep for a minute...
I know, I know - "get more sleep" is the advice every exhausted parent rolls their eyes at. But here's what I learned: it's not always about getting MORE sleep, it's about protecting the sleep you DO get.
One small change that makes a big difference: Put your phone in another room 30 minutes before bed.
Those late-night scroll sessions might feel like "me time," but they're stealing the quality of your sleep. Your brain needs time to wind down, and that blue light is telling it to stay alert.
Try it for one week. Use an actual alarm clock. Read a few pages of a book instead. Notice the difference.
Your well-rested self shows up differently for your family. You deserve rest that actually restores you.
