🛑🛑A 9-year-old girl came to T.M.D.S presented with a painful swelling in the upper buccal right side .After history taken the pain started a month ago, as a result the patient visited a general dental practitioner. The mass was incised and antibiotics were prescribed , however, there was no response to the treatment given.
treatment plan :
the cause was removed (extraction of upper right remaining root E )that was impeded in to the gingiva
patient recovered completely after the extraction and prescribed antibiotic

🛑 تم قدوم فتاة🤷‍♀️ تبلغ من العمر 9 سنوات في🏥🏨 T.M.D.S لتقييم التورم المؤلم في الجزء العلوي من الشدق. كان لدى المريضة تاريخ من التورم في خدها المتورم وألم في منطقة الأسنان 🦷🦷الخلفية الرقيقة قبل شهر. بعد أسبوع من هذه الشكوى. لقد ذهبت الى طبيب أسنان عام.👨‍🔬👨‍🔬 تم شق الكتلة وبدأت 💊💊المضادات الحيوية ، ولكن لم يكن هناك ركود في التورم.🤔
تعافى المريض تماما بعد الخلع .😇😇و اعطاء المضاد الحيوي المناسب 💊💊🩺
