New to Yoga? We offer an Intro to Yoga class once a month on Sunday 12:30 - 1:45pm.
This class is the perfect place to start.
Designed for beginners, you’ll be introduced to foundational poses, simple breathwork, and mindful movement to help you build strength and flexibility, improve balance, and release tension. Expect to move, stretch, and sweat a little, all while learning proper technique, variations that work for your body, and how to breathe through each pose. You’ll move with intention, learn at your own pace, and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and empowered—on and off the mat.
No yoga experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Yoga mats and props are provided. Class packs apply so introduce a friend to yoga or plan a yoga date.
