Coffee has healthy benefits on its side. Studies have shown that coffee does more than boost your energy. A couple of cups daily may also lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, lower depression, support weight management (but should not be used as a major source for weight loss) and overall helps with living a healthier life.

Getting the body you want is not about a diet. It’s about a lifestyle.

I don’t know about you, but I like to eat and trying to stick to a diet for even a few weeks feels like work.

So what I did when I started this fitness journey is create a new lifestyle where I eat controlled portions several times a day and specifically catered to my body type is so much more.

But that can honestly get boring to even if all you have in the house is healthy food.

So, I have a cheat meal every ONCE in a while. It’s a great way to keep myself balanced and having fun in this journey.

So I’m not just seeing gains - for me & my fab and fit clients - but we’re bringing in a little fun into this new lifestyle so it sticks.
