Friday Motivation Tips: Hydrate and Exercise. Everyone knows we should drink more water, but why? Staying hydrated significantly affects energy levels and brain function, can aid in weight loss, and helps maximize physical performance.

American Heart Association (AHA) recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity per week. 150/7 that’s 21.4 minutes a day. Before you wind down post shift with a Netflix series, try moving first.

When you replace “why is this happening to me” with “what is this trying to teach me?”, everything shifts.

Are you wondering if you have enough in you to get through this second wave of COVID-19? Check out inspiring story (link in bio) as she shares some of the challenges she has experienced since the pandemic started while juggling working full time educating our future PA’s and working part time as a PA with a vulnerable population.

Tessa is dedicated to teaching future PA’s and shows how resiliency and love can get you through.

What stood out from Tessa’s encouraging story most was “Truths that I do hold close, which carry me through my yesterday’s, today’s, and tomorrow’s are do I find joy, do I love, do I inspire, do I look out for my fellow humans, and do I encourage... if not, then what do I have to offer?”

How will you carry through?
