Inner child healing for trauma:
I had the pleasure of working with Tresa for the first time this week. I had no expectations going into this and to be honest, I thought I would get nothing out of it as I’ve worked with therapist before (talking face to face). Well, let me tell you that I was very wrong! Form the get go, I was made to feel very comfortable and safe. I had an immediate connection to Tresa and knew I could be honest with her. Within minutes, tears started to flow, the work was moving me and the healing started too begin. I was able to go back to a moment in my childhood that was extremely painful and start the process of mending that pain. This is my first time I have worked with a hypnotherapist and it certainly won’t be the last. Tresa is such a kind, genuine person and she really does want to help you in any way she can. I am already looking forward to my next session.

My quantum session with Tres was epic.
I felt really expertly held within the space so safely the whole time.
Guided by Tres I easily dropped into a very deep part of my consciousness. In this space we realigned past, present and future timelines. What a blessing.
Since then,
I have less fear and more trust. (I felt a presence with me during the session who I now know I can call on anytime) I am grateful for this modality and to Tres for holding space for people. One could say this is a form of rebirth. This is fitting as Tres is also a midwife. I recommend this experience to anyone who is interested. Osha

Today I pray for resurrection...

of the great forests and the old trees of the colonies of bees of deep black dirt of rivers and oceans and streams

I pray for the resurrection...

of devotion of listening to the voices of birds and the wisdom of stones

I pray for the resurrection of the body and its joys
I pray for the resurrection of the body of the earth

a curse on abstraction, mindfulness, expertism, progress, and the human agenda

I pray for the resurrection of this earth and my place in it

I pray that we all begin to know that we will be reborn into the world that we have made.

There is a place that is calling you home, a place that whispers to you through the night, a place that is longing for you to lovingly settle within it.

Inhabit it, belong to it, love it.
It is missing your love, your passion and the feeling of your soul residing within its bones, blood and beating heart.
