🧚♀️ Introduction for newcomers and beginners:
Microbiome - our own ecosystem!
The human microbiome, which is tens of trillions of microorganisms—twice the number of cells in the body—living on and in us, is made up of beneficial and “harmful” microbes that include bacteria, archaea, viruses, fungi, eukaryotes, protozoa, and more.
Or it is all those microorganisms that maintain a balance at any given moment, taking care of our health and youth.
The so-called "harmful" microorganisms appear as a result of some vitamin and mineral deficiencies to clean the body - in one way or another.
Microorganisms inhabit many parts of the human body, including the gastrointestinal tract, skin, saliva, brain, oral mucosa and conjunctiva, genitalia, etc., and the majority of them live in the large intestine.
Each of these microbiomes is different depending on its location in the body, but the relationship between all of them is continuous and usually mutually beneficial.
What is the role of the microbiome as a whole in our health?
The well-being of our entire organism depends on its condition.
The microbial communities of which it is composed can change depending on various external and internal factors such as diet, medication intake, polluted environment, frequent radiations, presence of stress, alcohol abuse, lack of movement, etc.
In addition to influencing the condition of the skin, the state of the microbiome is also decisive for our digestion, our immune system and our hormonal balance.
Most modern detergents and cosmetics contain synthetic dyes, synthetic fragrances, synthetic preservatives, paraffins, silicones, petroleum derivatives, GMOs, SLS, etc.
They are also extremely aggressive towards the microbiome!
Especially their daily use leads to a weakening of the skin's natural barrier, a decrease in skin turgor (elasticity), disruption of the water-lipid mantle of the skin, which results in an increased frequency of skin irritations, eczema, we become more sensitive to allergens in the environment,
as well as hormonal and disorders in all endocrine glands.
The MICROBIOME BALANCE of the skin is responsible for maintaining important metabolic processes in the skin, including those responsible for our aging.
The skin and intestinal microbiome are extremely sensitive to stress, high-frequency radiation, dirty air, antibiotics and other "medicines", aggressive cosmetic products, improper skin care, irregular and poor-quality nutrition... in general, everything we encounter in our daily life.
🪷 Probiotic approach in cosmetics and food: introduction of very specific types of bacteria – lactobacilli, archaea, hay stick and others.
BENEFITS are proven effective in supporting immune/metabolic function and healthy digestion, as well as beautiful and healthy skin.
🍀 My work is to create bacterial - healing living products based on the principle of leavening and fermentation, which protect the skin and intestinal microbiome from alkaline-acidic, chemical-toxic, psycho-biomic and other disorders and negative influences that oxidize the body and make it
vulnerable to disease and aging.
